I had the opportunity to attend the Jonathan Mannion Gallery Opening at Milk Studios a few days ago. DJ Soul took us on a music journey through Hip-Hop from the early 2000s. The gallery featured Mannion’s black & white photographs of iconic and up and coming Hip-Hop artists from that time. Artists such as DMX, Ludacris, Ja Rule, Juvenile, Lil Wayne, were featured. One of the most recognizable photographs he has taken is of Jay-Z’s “Reasonable Doubt” album cover.
The event had a great dynamic crowd that attracted the likes of some dope individuals I photographed below.
